Liars Go To Hell
Liars and false witnesses go to Hell! In fact if you make up lies about people to get ahead or to cover your own failures or for any reason God hates you. The Bible doesn’t say that God hates just lies He also hates those who create them:
“16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: 17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, 19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.” Proverbs 6:16-19
The Bible says that God hates a lying tongue and then lest any doubt remain made sure that false witnesses are put in there, He basically covers twice in that passage that He hates liars. Liars in the workplace who lie to cover up their own ineptitude not only hurt the reputation of those they lie about but also threaten their livelihood in case they got fired over the lie being told which happens all the time. God despises these types of people. Lies create discord and start chaos and before you know it nobody trusts one another and everyone is worried sick over it which is not of God at all.
“A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall not escape.” Proverbs 19:5
Liars will not escape Hell. They may escape the temporal consequences in this life that by creating lies to cover up their failings and deflect blame on someone else but they will not escape burning in Hell with the Father of Lies Satan.
“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.” John 8:44
It is clear in the Bible that liars do not enter Heaven when they die, they are not written in the Book of Life. Thank God for that.
“And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.” Revelation 21:27
God hates lying so much that He covered it in His 10 Commandments, it is Commandment 9:
“Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.” Exodus 20:16
Chronic false witnesses usually are reprobates. They have reprobate minds to be able to rattle off a lie with no conviction and just keep going with it or creating more, God has given them over to their lies and does not love them. They are going to burn in Hell forever. The victims of these lies sufferer greatly stressing out how to talk to the boss to prove the lie is not true or laying awake at night hoping they have a job in the morning. This is not exclusive to the workplace this happens in all walks of life but most Christians can relate to dealing with liars in the workplace. The liar is usually demon possessed and the demonic spirit is just using the reprobate liar as a vehicle to attack a Christian’s joy, confidence, security and peace. God will pay these lying bastards back it is only a matter of time.
“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” Revelation 21:8
